Empower Your Heart, Nourish Your Soul

Welcome to Women, Wealth and Wellness! We are dedicated to providing valuable insights and resources to support women's heart health and overall well-being. I'm Tee Blount, a passionate advocate for women's health and wellness.

Our Mission

Women Wealth & Wellness Magazine is an annual publication designed to empower women to prioritize their heart health and embrace holistic wellness. We believe that by nurturing the heart, we nourish the soul, and we are committed to fostering a community of support and inspiration for women on their wellness journey.

Published each February in recognition of Heart Health Month and just in time for International Women’s Day in early March, the magazine celebrates women’s strength, leadership, and legacy. We believe true wealth goes beyond money - it includes mental clarity, physical vitality, emotional balance, strong relationships, and a thriving purpose. Available in digital and print formats, Women Wealth & Wellness Magazine is your annual guide to thriving in wealth, wellness, and purpose.

All proceeds support the Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit established to raise awareness about heart disease - the number one killer of both men and women globally.

EVENTS

In the spirit of momentum sparked by the Women, Wealth and Wellness Magazine Launch and the powerful conversations at the 16th Annual Red Shoe Lunch Panel Discussion, we are excited to introduce something more—intentional spaces for women to gather, connect, and grow.

This is more than a series of events. It’s the beginning of a community rooted in purpose, support, and well-being, aligned with VBMF’s mission to promote heart health and holistic wellness for women everywhere.

Quarterly we’ll be hosting a variety of affordable, fun, educational, and meaningful experiences designed to strengthen connections and nurture both personal and collective wellness.
